Is there any cost to join?
No. Both programs are free to join. The affiliate program has no caps and no minimums, and the creator program has no order minimum either.
How are affiliate referrals tracked and paid?
Every referral is tied to your unique link. You earn on your referred customers' active monthly spend, paid monthly, for 12 months from the day they join.
What's the 5% tier about?
Standard affiliate commission is 10% of a referred customer's spend for 12 months. For enterprise-scale referrals — customers running 2,000 or more mailboxes — the rate is 5% for 12 months, reflecting their volume pricing.
What rate do creators get?
Our best per-mailbox rate, locked with no volume minimums. We share the exact number as soon as your application is approved.
Do creators have to be exclusive?
No. You're free to feature other tools in your posts. We only ask for two posts a month using mailboxes you run through Inboxlogy.
Can I join both programs?
Yes. Many partners both refer clients and create content. Choose "Both" on the application form and we'll set you up for each.
