FAQ

Questions, answered.

Everything about owning your cold email infrastructure β€” mailboxes, warmup, deliverability, pricing and setup. Can't find it? Talk to a human β†’

01

Ownership & access

Do I actually own the mailboxes?

Yes. You get admin access to every Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 workspace with 100% ownership β€” add, remove or modify domains and users freely. If you ever leave Inboxlogy you can move billing directly to Google or Microsoft and keep your mailboxes, warmed domains and sending history. There is no ecosystem lock-in.

Will Inboxlogy have access to my accounts?

No. When your mailboxes are provisioned you reset the password on each account at first login, so only you hold the credentials. We recommend changing every password before you start sending.

What happens if Inboxlogy shuts down?

Your service comes from Google and Microsoft, not from us. If anything ever happened to Inboxlogy you simply add your own payment method to each workspace and continue β€” switching to standard regional pricing. You never lose the mailboxes.

Can I move my existing mailboxes to Inboxlogy?

Yes. You delist the domains from your existing workspace and re-provision them with Inboxlogy. Note that moving means you lose the old workspace data and will need to re-warm the accounts, so plan the switch around a gap in sending.

02

Accounts, domains & sending

How many mailboxes per domain is optimal?

We recommend up to three mailboxes per domain, each domain on its own dedicated workspace. Spreading sending across more domains protects your outreach β€” if one domain has an issue you can pause it and keep sending from the others.

How many emails can I send per mailbox per day?

There is no hard limit from Inboxlogy or from Google and Microsoft, but for healthy cold outreach we recommend roughly 10 new emails, 20 follow-ups and 20 warmup emails per mailbox per day. Warmup emails are sent automatically by your connected sending tool, not by Inboxlogy.

Where are the mailboxes located, and what IPs do they use?

Mailboxes run on dedicated US and EU sending IPs by default, with a portion routed within Europe for GDPR needs. The account location is set from the billing or setup location on your Inboxlogy account; routing itself is controlled by Google and Microsoft and cannot be changed manually.

Which domain registrar do you support?

Any registrar works. For cold email we recommend GoDaddy or Cloudflare, and Inboxlogy configures SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX automatically on every domain regardless of where it is registered.

Do you offer Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?

Both. You can provision genuine Google Workspace mailboxes, Microsoft 365 mailboxes, or a mix β€” all owned by you, with dedicated US and EU IPs, with authentication set up automatically.

Is SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up for me?

Yes. SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX records are configured automatically on every domain at setup, so your mailboxes are authenticated correctly for deliverability without you touching DNS.

03

Connecting tools & warmup

Which sending tools can I connect to?

Any cold email tool that supports OAuth, app passwords or IMAP/POP β€” including Instantly, Smartlead, ReachInbox, Reply.io, Woodpecker, Apollo, Lemlist and more. Connecting your mailboxes to your sending tool is free.

Does Inboxlogy run warmup?

No β€” and this is an important distinction. Inboxlogy provides and manages the mailboxes and connects them to your sending tool; warmup runs inside that tool (Instantly, Smartlead, ReachInbox and similar), where you already control it. The one exception is our Pre-warmed starter option, where mailboxes are delivered already warmed and ready to send.

Do you have an API?

Yes. Inboxlogy has a full API so you can automate ordering, provisioning and setup end-to-end and wire mailbox creation directly into your own workflow β€” something most mailbox providers do not offer.

04

Pricing & billing

How much does Inboxlogy cost?

Mailboxes are $2.80 to $3.50 per mailbox per month across four volume tiers, with $0 setup and monthly billing. The more mailboxes you run, the lower your per-mailbox rate. See the full ladder on the pricing page.

Why is your pricing lower than buying direct?

Buying Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 direct runs about $7 to $9 per mailbox. As an authorized partner we receive volume-based pricing against a commitment and pass that discount on to you β€” for the exact same genuine mailboxes.

Do I have to buy a package or hit a minimum order?

No. Unlike providers who force you into 10-mailbox packages, you can buy a single mailbox and scale up whenever you want. You only pay for what you actually need.

How does billing work?

You are charged on the 1st of each month to renew your mailboxes. There is no annual lock-in β€” to stop, you cancel before your renewal date.

Do you offer a best-price guarantee?

Yes. If you find a comparable provider offering a genuinely lower price on like-for-like authorized Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes, we will match it β€” and you still get our included benefits, full ownership, API and no lock-in.* *Applies to like-for-like genuine Workspace/M365 mailboxes only.

Is there an annual lock-in?

No. Billing is monthly and you can cancel anytime before renewal. You are never tied into an annual contract to get the price.

05

Trust & legitimacy

Are the accounts legitimate β€” not VPN or edu tricks?

Every mailbox is a genuine Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account provisioned through an authorized reseller relationship β€” never created with VPNs or free educational or organizational loopholes. That is what keeps them stable and deliverable over time.

How do I verify a provider is a real Google or Microsoft partner?

Ask them to show their Partner Program portal on a live call and confirm they are verified to sell and provide technical support. Genuine partners can show this instantly; VPN or third-party sellers cannot.

How experienced is the team behind Inboxlogy?

The founders have run cold outreach since 2012 β€” over a decade β€” and Inboxlogy is trusted by 4,211 outbound teams. It was built by operators who kept hitting the same infrastructure problems and decided to fix them. More on the Why Inboxlogy page.

Getting started

How long does setup take?

About 10 minutes. You choose your domains and mailboxes, Inboxlogy auto-configures DNS and authentication, and then you connect your sending tool and start sending.

What do I need to get started?

Just your domains (or buy new ones) and the number of mailboxes you want. Inboxlogy handles provisioning, DNS and authentication; you connect your sequencer β€” Instantly, Smartlead, ReachInbox or similar β€” where warmup and sending run.
