What's included in every plan?
Every tier includes US and EU sending IPs, admin access, 100% account ownership, SPF, DKIM and DMARC authentication, MX and domain authentication, and free connection to any sending tool over OAuth or API. There are no per-feature add-ons — the only variable between tiers is the price per mailbox.
How does billing work?
Billing is monthly, per mailbox, at the rate of your volume tier — with a $0 setup fee and no annual contract. Your best per-mailbox rate is unlocked by volume, not by committing to a year. All major cards are accepted.
Can I cancel or change plans anytime?
Yes. Plans are volume-based, so you can upgrade or downgrade anytime and your rate follows your mailbox count automatically. Monthly billing means you can scale up for a campaign, scale back down after — and cancel anytime with no lock-in.
Do I own the mailboxes and accounts?
Yes. You receive admin access to every workspace with 100% ownership. You can add, remove or modify domains and users, and if you ever leave Inboxlogy you can set up billing directly with Google or Microsoft — there is no ecosystem lock-in.
